From Louisville International Airport (SDF) to LaGrange, KY:

Take 1-264 (Watterson Expressway) East for 11.5 miles
Exit to I-71 North (exit 23A) towards Cincinnati for approximately 17 miles.
Take Exit 22, turn left onto KY-53.
From Cincinnati Airport (CVG):

Take I-275 East 10 miles to I-71/I-75 South
Take the I-71/I-75 South toward Lexington / Louisville for about 12 miles.
Merge right onto I-71S at exit 173 toward Louisville for about 49 miles
Take Exit 22, turn right onto KY-53
From Lexington Airport (LEX):

Take US 60 West approximately 15 miles to I-64 West toward Louisville.
Stay on I-64W to I-265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) North.
Take I-265 to I-71N toward Cincinnati.
Take Exit 22, turn left onto KY-53.
